From candidate to mandate.

Every trader passes four stages, in this order: selection, mandate, verification and assessment.

Four stages · in this order

  1. 01SelectionA documented intake assessment. Most candidates do not pass.
  2. 02MandateThe firm's own capital, within written limits.
  3. 03VerificationRecorded at broker level, reconciled independently.
  4. 04AssessmentMonthly, quarterly and annually, on criteria fixed in advance.

01Selection

Every trader passes a documented intake assessment: strategy review for falsifiability, independent verification of any prior track record, analysis of behaviour under loss, and acceptance of the non-negotiable governance. Most candidates do not pass.

02Mandate

Those who pass trade the firm's own capital within a written mandate: a defined universe, mechanical risk limits and an emergency authority under which the firm can flatten any position at once. Capital preservation ranks above return.

03Verification

Results are recorded broker-natively and reconciled across independent layers, so that whatever is ever published cannot be polished by our own hand.

04Assessment

Monthly assessments weigh process before outcome. Quarterly mandate decisions follow criteria fixed in advance, and every trader faces a full annual re-examination.
