Selection
Every trader passes a documented intake assessment: strategy review for falsifiability, independent verification of any prior track record, analysis of behaviour under loss, and acceptance of the non-negotiable governance. Most candidates do not pass. That is the point.
Mandate
Those who pass trade within a written mandate: a defined universe, mechanical risk limits and an emergency authority under which the firm can flatten any position at once. Capital preservation ranks above return, always.
Verification
Results are recorded broker-natively and reconciled across independent layers. Whatever we ever publish cannot be polished by our own hand. By design.
Assessment
Monthly assessments weigh process before outcome. Quarterly mandate decisions follow criteria fixed in advance, and every trader faces a full annual re-examination. Mandates grow on evidence, never on promise.
